The City of Camrose is excited to welcome Fascination Street, a new clothing retail store, to the downtown at 5013 50 Street! Mayor Stasko, Councillors Banack, and Rosland joined owners Kaley Dylan (left) & Andrew Dykun (center) to celebrate the grand opening of this fantastic new store!

The City of Camrose Economic Development Department hosted the Help Us Road Map the Future of Downtown workshop on October 29, 2024. The two-hour workshop focused on bringing downtown business owners and champions to a structured workshop with focused conversations to identify what makes businesses want to stay downtown, what attracts businesses to move downtown, what prevents people from choosing downtown, and what is going well. With our collective understanding of these aspects of the downtown, we will develop a coordinated vision critical to building on the outstanding momentum that already exists. This roadmap will lay out pragmatic ways to take action and help downtown Camrose thrive.

MagicStar Indoor Playground Co-owners Jackie Liang and Yikai Tseng invited Mayor Stasko to celebrate the grand re-opening of their new downtown location at 5065 50 Street.

Wild Rose Co-op celebrated the grand opening of their new Camrose Liquor Store located downtown at 7001 48 Ave. General Manager Carol Rolheiser is joined by Rick Stang (Business to Customer Operations Manager), Mark Reinhart (Store Manager), Holly Campeau (Wine, Beer, Spirits Experience Coordinator), and members of the board Kyle Guerin, President Meghan Gunderson, and Ron Pilger.

Vinesations celebrated their grand opening of their new location yesterday at 4904 50 Street. Owner Bridget Lennartsson and staff hosted Mayor Stasko, Councillors Lucas Banack, Joy-Anne Murphy, Don Rosland, Agnes Hoveland as well as Aaron Morris and Shauna Chrabaszcz from the Chamber.
