I moved to Camrose three years ago and I love this city. I am the proud business owner of Mastery for Life Coaching. My life work, spanning 40 years as a Social Worker, Transformational Life Coach, and Motivational Speaker has been to empower individuals to navigate change; to believe in themselves and to give credence to the still, small voice of truth that is within all of us.
In July of 2022, my inspiring children’s story “What If You Could?” was published in Canada. This book shares a universal message, that I envision will be embraced by readers of all ages. Everyone, from children to teens to graduates to seniors, must navigate change. It's message is what I coach and speak about. "What If You Could?" speaks to the power of listening deeply for the voice within us that is loving and kind and invites us to live into our dreams.
A portion of the proceeds from all sales of my book “What If You Could?” is being donated to jack.org/whatifyoucouldtour.
Sadly, 25% of youth deaths in our country are caused by suicide. I am a passionate advocate for youth mental wellness and for Jack.org. This Canadian organization is training and empowering youth mentors to change this.
I am also a contributing author in the book “Short, Sweet and Sacred”- Volume 2, which shares the personal stories of Life Coaches and their journey of overcoming and becoming more. This volume, released in July of 2022 is an international best seller.
