Small Business Week Video 2026 Application

This year, we are celebrating small business week by sharing short clips of small businesses in Camrose. This year's format is a bit different than previous years, and we will be taking short clips of scripted (pre-planned) videos instead of interview-style. The videos will be shared on the City's social media during small business week (October 18-24, 2026) and videos/photos may be used for other promotions outside of this project.

The City of Camrose Economic Development team will use the information collected through this survey to plan and schedule this year's small business week filming schedule and promotion.

Responses will be stored securely and shared between authorized employees of the City of Camrose. We will not publicly attribute individual business information without permission. Participation is voluntary, and submission of this survey constitutes consent to the collection, use, storage, and sharing of the information provided for these purposes.
